Classic Bakery, INC. offer a unique array of cake flavors to accommodate the discriminating and “hard-to-please” cake lover. Coupled with your cake of choice, there are a total of 40 flavors which can be mixed and matched with icing and filling to create the most exclusive and unique taste. These flavors are optional, and are used with our cakes to enhance the taste and uniqueness of the cake. There are four types of sponge cake; Yellow sponge cake (fluffy, light, and easy to cut), chocolate sponge cake, marbleized (swirl of chocolate and yellow sponge cake), and red velvet.
