Classic Bakery, INC. prides itself on the Bakery Chefs and ingredient specialists that make Classic Bakery one of the leaders in the industry. With over 50 years experience, and over 15 years in the metro area, our highly trained chefs and staff are familiar with every aspect of cake decoration from simple birthday cake decorations to high end fondant masterpieces. Working with hotels and country clubs has been one of our strengths in the metropolitan area, and has made us a strong consideration among politicians, famous restaurants, celebrities, and the like. Our wedding cakes are divided into 5 “Tiers” which are categorized by labor, time, difficulty, and combination of flavors/fillings. Very few times will a cake fall under the 5th tier and even then we offer very competitive pricing which keeps our clientele coming back on a frequent basis. We have an endless portfolio of our work and are very eager to keep it growing.

No cake is too difficult or challenging for Classic Bakery, INC. We are open to any design that comes our way, and strive to satisfy our customers to the full extent. There are 5 tiers that categorize our wedding cakes which are also applied on custom cakes as well. 70% of cakes fall below a tier 4 but for the people who want to make a statement with a high end wedding will occasionally want a cake that falls under a tier 5 as the ultimate wedding cake masterpiece. Floral decorations made of gum paste are highly used in decorating our cakes, and are a very popular alternative to fresh flowers.
